Are you having grout issues? One of the best items that I have come across and used is Aqua Mix Heavy Duty Tile and Grout Cleaner. This is a concentrated formula that can be diluted for minor dirt and grim. If you have heavy, soiled grout, you can use with no dilution of water and apply directly to the grout for a good clean. Do not get me wrong, there are some grout problems that are just beyond repair and you can only get it regrouted or use a grout colorant to change, but most of the time try this. Please remember that you are supposed to reseal your grout every 2 - 3 years.
