Found a good store in Powell, Ohio offering a great hardwood Flooring sale of:

2 1/4" Hardwood 5 colors $6.35/ft2 installed rip out extra.

3 1/4" Hardwwod Flooring in 5 colors $6.95/ft2 installed, rip out extra.

I believe it is a 15 year warranty on the product.

I have learned that the Bruce Hardwood Marsh series that is sold at the Big Box stores is only a urethane finish with 5 year warranty, where this product, which is a Bruce Hardwood is an aluminum oxide finish. Big difference.
